Ravioli filled with fire-roasted cupim beef.
The house
Lina is where Bia Limoni’s pasta meets Felipe Bronze’s fire. Located in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo, this Italian restaurant takes handmade fresh pasta as the starting point for a cuisine in which fire appears in many different ways.
Lina also has a pet-friendly terrace and hosts events and celebrations. Opened in October 2025, it is the first project of Bronze+, the initiative through which Felipe Bronze joins forces with other talents to create collaborative restaurants.
The fire
The dishes follow no rule: fire shows up in the meat that fills a ravioli, in a sauce made from smoked tomatoes or in the strawberries of the meringata, which also go on the grill.
The pasta
Bia Limoni’s pasta is the starting point — and Felipe Bronze’s fire shows up in the filling, the ragù and the sauce.

Wine and cocktails
In a sophisticated setting, the experience is completed by an extensive wine and cocktail list — from classics like the Negroni, Manhattan and Dry Martini to bottles chosen to go with the pasta.
The menu is not a mere sum of specialties, but the result of shared experiments, in which fire becomes an ingredient and pasta carries endless possibilities.
The chefs
